RACHEL RUDDLE

Rachel Ruddle was born and raised in the Metro Detroit area. She attended the University of Mary Washington in Fredericksburg, Virginia where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree. Rachel values doing the type of work that allows her to stay home with her one-year-old while pursuing professional goals. She has a passion for entrepreneurship and small businesses. Rachel has several years of experience managing her own small business, which sold hand-crafted ceramics. During this time she gained experience designing websites, running an e-commerce platform and working with several retail locations. Rachel is now putting her organizational skills, self-motivation and creative problem solving to work as part of the Contract 2 Closings team.

Technicians will seek projects in their area(s) of expertise. They constantly challenge their own work and results. They are likely knowledgeable in many areas. They are easy to work with unless their expertise is challenged. They are quality oriented and expect strong results from themselves and others.

external, observable behaviors and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness

for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious.
