Malinda Mitchell

 As a Transaction Coordinator, Malinda has built a reputable business for herself in Southeast Michigan. She started as a TC, for one agent, in 2018 and since then has grown her business to working with multiple agents from different brokerages. She enjoys helping agents reach their goals and being a part of their team’s success. She takes her role very seriously and understands her service provides agents the time to focus on more income-producing activities while she takes care of the rest. 

Being an entrepreneurial person isn’t for everyone, but Malinda has a very competitive spirit and enjoys challenges that make her better every day. It takes a good work ethic and self-motivation to take a business to a level where you can succeed and make it profitable. Her passion has always been to help others and she achieves success through compassionate leadership, motivation, and inspiration. She has a variety of experiences working with teams. She loves building relationships and puts a lot of effort into maintaining good relationships with those which whom she works with. She believes strong communication is very important, as well as being open-minded to listening and understanding others.
