RACHEL PAPINEAU

Rachel was born and raised in Michigan and attended Central Michigan University. She graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Professional Sales. After many years in event coordination and planning throughout Chicago and Detroit, Rachel was looking for a career that allowed her flexibility to work from home while raising her two young daughters. Rachel prides herself on her organization, having great communication skills and being able to manage a lot of moving parts. She has an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for real estate. Rachel has always been intrigued by the real estate industry and looks forward to helping as many agents as possible have a smooth transition from start to finish when it comes to closing their transactions.

DYNAMO 

Dynamos will make an attempt to adjust or modify the thoughts and actions of others. They are good at understanding how to steer others toward a predetermined result. They will set the stage for the desired result before they verbalize that desire. A Dynamo's strong persuasive skills can elicit cooperation from others.

DISC is a simple, practical, easy to remember and universally applicable model. It focuses on individual patterns of

external, observable behaviors and measures the intensity of characteristics using scales of directness and openness

for each of the four styles: Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Conscientious.
